Incredible location amazing value for New York City Big beds, nice bathrooms, truly, European touch of hotel service. Across the street good breakfast dinner with fair prices, adds to the vibe. Awesome place to go with friends, they have nice community area in the middle with exiting views

Great value for money! Very affordable for New York, convenient location, quick check-in, clean bedding, spacious rooms, and the option to leave luggage after check-out. All the issues I read about in other reviews didn’t happen during my stay. If you need a hotel just to sleep and rest between exploring the city — this is the perfect choice Honestly, I hesitated before booking because I had read many negative reviews. But after staying for 4 nights, I can say I was more than satisfied. • Payment and deposit. A huge plus is the option to pay on site, with no hidden fees. The deposit is only $100, which was blocked as a separate transaction and returned without any problems after check-out. • Check-in. Very quick and easy: I showed my ID and got my key card within minutes (they even gave me two cards, which was convenient). • Room. For New York standards, the room was quite spacious. Clean sheets and towels, everything in order. When I noticed there was no hairdryer, I asked at reception and they brought one directly to my room. • Air conditioning. Worked perfectly, sometimes even too well — I had to turn it off at night because it cooled the room quickly. Yes, it’s a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother me. • Elevator. Some reviews mentioned problems, but during my stay everything worked perfectly. • Hot water. Always available with good pressure — morning, daytime, and even late at night. • Location. Excellent: walking distance to Times Square, about 9 minutes to the subway, and a CVS pharmacy right around the corner. Ideal for tourists. • Luggage. Big plus: after check-out you can leave your bags in a storage room and enjoy the rest of the day without carrying them around I really don’t understand why this hotel has such low ratings. For the price, it’s one of the best options, with a great location and everything you need for a comfortable stay. If I come back to New York, I’ll happily stay here again

I have stayed at this property in ALL of its names....(the OUT, CACHET BOUTIQUE, AND NOW THE HUDSON YARDS HOTEL). over 20 times since 2012 . Love the location, and what makes me always stay here is the Staff. They always welcome me to my NYC HOME. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and it is So reassuring and comfortable seeing familiar faces upon my stay. The Standout by far is Maria at the front desk, She is a gem and she will take great care of all guests. She cares about the guests, all of them, but more than that, she is "invested" in making sure the property/hotel meets expectations. She wants it done right, and works so hard to ensure that. I'll probably always stay here and cannot wait to get back.

The location was fantastic, rooms were nice, beds were really comfortable. My daughter used the gym and was really good and the outside areas were nice (although seating could be more comfortable. Pool table was also good. Staff were all fantastic and would definitely recommend. There was an error in the rooms we were assigned at first but this was resolved so quickly.

-was scared to have no A/C due to other reviews, but when we first got to our room our A/C was blasting thankfully! worked the whole time -there are outdoor/indoor courtyards through the building you can sit at with an amazing view of the buildings around you. -LOVE the bathroom & smart TV
